Weekly Class

***PLEASE NOTE: Beginning October 1, 2019 the weekly group is moving to
SANTA MONICA YOGA from 7:30-9:00pm
(1640 Ocean Park Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90405) in the Garden Room.***

Sitting in community can be a helpful way to explore and practice the teachings. Each week we will explore how we can best practice and embody these teachings from ~2600 years ago, while honoring the era we live in. We are interested in distilling the true heart of the teachings and letting go of the internal and external conditioning that have clouded the truth.

The weekly class meets on Wednesdays from 7:30-9:00pm at The Moving Joint (12813 Venice Blvd, 90066). The typical class format is: a 20-minute guided meditation, followed by a Dharma talk and a Q & A session, and we close with another period of meditation.

There is ample street parking on Venice Blvd, and Beethoven and Moore Streets. Please bring your seating materials if you have specific seating needs.

Classes are drop-in, donation-based, and open to all.

Meditation Mentoring

A one-on-one mentoring session over Zoom can help support your practice. My intention during these sessions is to hear about your practice, answer any questions you may have, and help you access tools to deepen your practice. Whether it’s a single session, or you want a more ongoing relationship, I look forward to connecting with you.

Sessions are 30-minutes and are a sliding scale from $35-$75. If you need financial support please let me know.

I am available to provide meditation services to your organization. As we learn more about the brain, studies are showing how meditation increases focus, attention, and flexibility. Whether it's on a regular basis, or as a singular event, providing training in meditation will have far reaching benefits for your employees.
